These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Talkey mobile application and Remelith services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

User Accounts

• Must be 13+ years old
• Accurate information required
• One account per person
• Account security responsibility

Acceptable Use

• Personal learning only
• No commercial use without permission
• Respect community guidelines
• No harmful or illegal content

Intellectual Property

• Remelith owns app content
• You retain rights to your content
• Limited license to use our content
• Respect third-party rights

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Talkey application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Remelith Inc. Please ensure you understand all provisions before proceeding.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account
Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
You may only create one account per person

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account. Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscription Terms

• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REMELITH INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association.
